Tip on putting tampons

Hey! I'm not a pro on the tampon thing but i have used them a couple of times so... One thing I wished people had told me is that, ok, you put a tampon but it doenst stay right there you have to push it like till the end. First time I used them I was putting it in but it  just wouldnt go but suddently i felt something, like a little door opening (lol) and then a pushed a little more and it was done! :) It is not supposed to be in the "first part" of your vagina but in the "second part". I hope you could understand me... Im very sorry if you didnt. Im still learning English, and the teachers dont really start with teaching us vocabulary related to tampons so yea... ;) lol

Places to hide your tampons/pads

Hi! I've been thinking that at school it is very hard to hide that you are on your period since you have to be always going to the bathroom to change your pad/tampon so I thought in places where you can hide them. You can put  them on your boots,  on your bra,  on your sleeves,  on your jeans pocket, on your waistband... There are a lot of places to hide them just use your imagination :) Or you can just carry them on a small little case, people won't know what is inside of it, even if they do, dont worry, all girls go through this, so they wont say anything. Tampons

Hi! So today i'm gonna talk about tampons.
So tampons are kinda of a cotton thing (lol) that you put on your vagina. You should start using the smaller ones with an applicator because they are easier to put on, although it all depends on your flow. You must be very relaxed when you are putting them, so just choose a day when you are not in rush and that you know that no one is going to come in. Some people sleep with them on but I dont, it is very dangerous because you can get toxic shock syndrome, it is very rare but it is deadly... So I just recommend changing them in every 5 hours and maybe just put on a panty liner just for back up.
